The Deep Cinder is a Collectible in Expeditioner's Joklumarkar, added in its Expansion II.
The surging energy burned away bodies and souls, and they could never recover.
Effect
Reduces the Life Point cap by 12.
Acquisition
The player will have to obtain the Deep Cinder on Prophecy: Reconstruction in the special floor on the second step, "Solve energy supply problems", if they are unable or opts not to spend 20 
or give up the 
Boundless Gift (or 
Amma's Affection if one has it).
Since the special floor can only be entered while having the 
Dimensional Fluid, which can only be obtained from clearing Sandy Mirage that can only be entered by having 
Horizon Invitation, which itself can only be obtained after the player had completed a run from Joklumarkar's Expansion II, it is impossible to obtain the Seed of Collapse before then.
