When the player has the Dimensional Fluid, clearing 5F or 6F will cause the player to enter the special floor instead of completing the run, which will complete the run with the From Start To End ending when its Dreadful Foe, Sands of Time or Enter Eternity, is cleared.

How to obtain

The Dimensional Fluid is obtained by clearing Illusions In The Sand, which can only be entered through Encounter: Change by choosing "Present the Horizon Invitation".

Since the aforementioned Encounter will only appear if the player has the Horizon Invitation, which itself can only be obtained after the player had completed a run from Joklumarkar's Expansion II, it is impossible to obtain the Dimensional Fluid before then.
