The Black Hole Protocol is a Collectible in Expeditioner's Joklumarkar, introduced in its Expansion II.

Item description
When DP is maxed out, all Operators gain Max HP +150%

This collaborative operation is unprecedented in the history books. The nations of Terra have invested a great deal of resources into the megastructure in the far north, and the NGO Rhodes Island has become the actual managing party in order to prevent the results from being concealed or tampered with.

Effect

Increases the maximum HP of Operators by a whopping 150%, but only while the DP is topped off at the cap of 99.

How to obtain

The player must have cleared the Emergency Operation version of Payback without losing Life Points before the Black Hole Protocol can be obtained from the next run.
