For every Medic Operator on the field, all allies gain Redeployment Time -5% (stacks up to 8 times)

They are clear springs formed from flowing water, and they heal all that live.

Effect

Reduces the redeployment time of friendly units by 5% for every Medic on the map, up to 8 (for a total of -40% redeployment time)
