Friston.P is a Collectible in Expeditioner's Joklumarkar, introduced in its Expansion II.

Item description
All Allies permanently gain ASPD +5 for every Emergency Ops cleared (stacks up to 15 times)

Friston would certainly not miss out on an opportunity to explore the secrets of another predecessor civilization. Oh, but Closure didn't even consider making backups, so DON'T tell her about this!

Effect

Friendly units have their ASPD increased by 5 whenever an Emergency Operation is cleared, which stacks up to 15 times for a total of +75 ASPD.

How to obtain

The player must have completed a run with the From Start To End ending before Friston.P can be obtained from the next run.
