Item description
[Machine] and [Arts Creations] enemies will be immediately Frozen with their first attack for 15 seconds
Though she often fails, she is still committed to helping those who would challenge their tragic fates.
Effect
When Arts Creations and Machinas attack for the first time, they will be Frozen for 15 seconds afterward.
How to obtain
The player must have cleared the Emergency Operation version of Manmade Carnival without losing Life Points before the Northwind Construct can be obtained from the next run.
