An ex-member of the Kazdelian Confessarii and the leader of the Followers alongside Margaret Nearl and Liz, Qui'saršinnag, better known as Shining the Sarkaz healer, has laid down her arms in response to the Confessarii's support to the ultra-nationalistic regent of Kazdel, Theresis, and her opposition against their gruesome Arts experiment onto Liz where they transplanted someone's mind onto her body. Following her escape from the organization, Shining and the Follower duo had been wandering around to treat the Infected regardless of background until their incorporation into Rhodes Island. Being a respectful doctor, Shining has earned the other R.I. personnel's respect and admiration for her empathy, dedication, and passion even in the middle of the battlefield. If forced, she could unsheathe her sword which rumor says that its Arts could literally slice one's soul.
