Folinic is a 5★ Medical Medic who specializes in Healing and, very unusually for her class, DPS, and the welfare Operator of Twilight of Wolumonde, awarded by completing the Burnt Offerings mission which requires the player to clear TW-4 with Folinic's Token available in the August Fair for 200 , 240 , 280 , 320 , and 360 . As a Medical Medic, Folinic heals one target at a time with a range of 3×3 tiles with a 1-tile extension to the front that is improved to 3×4 tiles at Elite 1.

Talent

Drug Inhibition Technique gives Folinic Status Resistance. At Elite 2, Drug Inhibition Technique also reduces the damage taken by Folinic from environmental effects.

• Drug Inhibition Technique is rather situational, but can be handy in operations which features hazards where Folinic can last longer than other Operators.

Skills

1. Max-Dosage Infusion extends Folinic's range by 1×3 tiles (2×3 tiles from Specialization Level 1) and buffs her ATK while active.
2. Compound Drug Shell has Folinic launch a canister of drugs when healing friendly units while active, which also heals friendlies adjacent to the target with lower (equal at Level 4, greater from Level 5) effectiveness; if there are enemies within her range, Folinic will launch the canister on them over friendlies, which deals area-of-effect Arts damage equal to (a higher portion of from Level 2) her ATK.
   • Compound Drug Shell makes Folinic one of the only Medics other than Incantation Medics who are able to attack enemies.

Operator Module

The PHY-Y Module, Mother's Cravat, increases the effectiveness of Folinic's healing on friendly units in low ground tiles by 15% in addition to increasing her maximum HP and ASPD. Once upgraded, Drug Inhibition Technique's damage reduction is also applied to friendly units inside Folinic's range, though to a lesser degree.

Base skills

Folinic's base skills improve the efficiency of upgrade material while she is assigned to the Workshop.

1. Toxicology α increases the byproduct rate of upgrade material processing by 75%.
2. Meticulous halves the morale drained when an upgrade material which drains 2 morale is processed.

Summary

Folinic is an eccentric but good Medical Medic who brings a whole new interpretation to the Hippocratic Oath by not only providing medical support as with other Medics, but also engaging her enemies when necessary while still capable of healing her allies. After all, healing is actually killing in reverse.
