Louisa the Ursine Feline medical staff of Rhodes Island, better known by her codename "Folinic," was the daughter of the scientists Astrov and Lillia, who participated in the research of Chernobog's Sarcophagus. Unfortunately, Astrov got killed by Ursus' Fourth Army, and Lillia fled to Sami after assassinating Grand Duke Vanya and was never heard from again. Under the arrangement of Kal'tsit, who was Lillia's superior, Louisa was adopted by a family in Chernobog until she joined R.I. following the Chernobog Crisis to follow Kal'tsit's footsteps.

For the next six months after joining, Louisa received personal training from Kal'tsit and successfully passed the ordeal. Her codename derives from a wrong answer she gave during a study session. Since then, she has served R.I. as a combat medic adept in combat skills to protect herself by utilizing a mixture of medical reagents that can be modified to become harmful toxins when needed.
