The Folder is an Operator item in Arknights.

Usage

“	A folder storing personal notes. {Name} is obtained the first time this item is obtained, and can improve {name}'s Potential thereafter.	”

Since Il Siracusano, some of welfare Operators can only be obtained by obtain Folders; obtaining the first Folder adds the Operator and any subsequent Folders raises the Operator's Potential by one level each.

Because of this, welfare Operators obtained by Folders cannot use Class Tokens to improve their Potential.

	Vigil's Folder These personal notes record thoughts on Nuova Volsinii's construction, the diligence and urgency of the writer plain to see. At the very back, however, are mixed in some pages of traditional Siracusan recipes.
	U-Official's Folder A bunch of papers recording the streamer's various experiences in cute handwriting, but when flipped over becomes a map of a nomadic city, with detailed markings noting the frequency of debt collectors showing up.
	Lessing's Folder Several proverbs are written on the paper with tidy, print-like handwriting. The pen has penetrated the paper in a few places. There are also a few scribbles about things that need to be done.
