The Personal Letter is an Operator item in Arknights.

Usage[edit]

“	A personal letter sent to the Doctor, used to improve {name} to Max Potential.	”
	—Description of Personal Letters

When used, Personal Letters will raise the corresponding welfare Operator's Potential to the maximum, but doing this will use up all of the respective Operator's Token in the player's possession if they have. Otherwise, the Personal Letter will be automatically used when obtained with no effect.

Using Personal Letters is the only way to raise the Potential of welfare Operators once they are obtainable through Record Restoration; they can no longer use Class Tokens or even their own Operator Tokens to do so.

Personal Letters can be obtained as part of Record Restoration for events.
