Jump to navigation Jump to search

Totter is a 4★ Besieger Sniper who specializes in DPS. As a Besieger Sniper, Totter has an unusual range which covers 3×4 tiles ahead of him with 3-tile extensions to the sides from Elite 1 and a minimum range of the frontal tiles (effectively reducing Totter's range to 3×3 tiles ahead of the minimum range with 2-tile extensions to the sides from Elite 1), targets enemies with the highest weight (in other words, the heaviest enemy) over the others while attacking (e.g. if Big Bob, a Butcher, and a Light-Armored Soldier is in Totter's range, he will attack Big Bob first over the Butcher and the Light-Armored Soldier, in that order), and have high ATK and above-average DP cost.

Talent

Illuminating Eyes allows Totter to attack invisible enemies and buffs his ATK if there are invisible enemies within his range.

Skills

  1. Sunpiercer has offensive SP recovery, which increases the damage dealt by Totter's attack and makes it hit a second target when charged.
  2. Prism Break buffs Totter's ASPD and makes his attacks hit two additional targets while active; if Totter's attack with Prism Break only targets a single enemy, it will deal more damage instead.

Operator Module

The SIE-X Module, Snow Globe, increases Totter's ATK against enemies with a weight of at least 3 to 1.15× in addition to increasing his ATK and DEF. Once upgraded, Illuminating Eyes' ATK buff is increased.

Base skills

Totter's base skills improve Factory efficiency while he is assigned to one.

  1. Blurry Vision increases productivity by 30% but reduces productivity by 5% for every 4 points of the difference between his current and maximum morale (hence referred to as "Morale Drain").
  2. Blizzard Outside increases productivity by 10% and capacity by 6 if Totter's Morale Drain is above 12.

Summary

Despite of the difficulties in using him effectively due to the quirks related to his attacks and skills, Totter is a good Besieger Sniper who can be useful in dispatching invisible enemies if the player does not have detectors at the ready.
