Born in the jungles of Sargon, Totter hails from a family of hunters and distinguished himself for being a patient and meticulous one, prefering to wait until the prey is in his sight before moving in for the kill and thoroughly planned his work. He later became a mercenary sharpshooter fighting in Sargon, Columbia, and Victoria, and contracted Oripathy during a mission gone wrong which severely affects his mobility and caused him to suffer from near-sightedness.
Totter was hired by Allerdale Cumberland to aid her during the Victorian Crisis, participating in the search for the "Sighs of Kings" in the Mausoleum of Kings deep beneath Londinium. Following the Crisis, Totter stops taking mercenary work and lived in seclusion on the forests of Northern Victoria, but would lend his aid to Rhodes Island when asked for.
