• His name means "to move in a feeble or unsteady way." On the other hand, his Chinese codename literally means "lead ankle," which is likely a reference to bird ringing that could be found in many eagles.
• Totter has the traits of a harpy eagle (Harpia harpyja) which fits his grayish coloration. The eagle appears in his Elite 2 artwork.
• Totter is the very first 4-star male Sniper operator and Besieger Sniper.
• Totter's long-sightedness makes his sprite usually blink.
• Due to similar coloration, Totter has been jokingly nicknamed as the anthropomorphic version of Tenzin, SilverAsh's pet eagle, by the Arknights community. Both Operators have talents interacting with Invisible enemies, with the latter's likely coming from Tenzin.
