The fifteenth tutorial operation in Arknights, TR-15 gives an insight on how to retreat the Operators when they are no longer needed to allow other, more important ones needed elsewhere to be deployed.
At first Dobermann will explain that Operators can be retreated to return half of their DP cost, or all of them in case of offensive Vanguards, which can be used to deploy other Operators when they are needed. This will be the most difficult tutorial mission if the player does not pay attention, so remember to follow the steps closely.
To start with, deploy Plume on E6 followed by Fang on E7 and Hibiscus on E8, all three of them facing left, and Jessica on F6 facing down, to handle the initial wave of two Soldiers and a Junkman on the top lane. Retreat Plume before the Junkman KOs her so that the player have enough DP to deploy Beagle on B6 facing up to hold off the incoming Soldiers and Shielded Soldiers on the bottom lane until the Junkman dies, at which Fang and Hibiscus should be retreated to give the player enough DP to deploy Amiya on C7 facing left to dispatch the rest of the enemies.
