Swire the Elegant wit is the alternate 6★ version of Swire who is a Merchant Specialist specializing in Fast-Redeploy and Nuker.

Being an alter Operator, the Elegant Wit is subject to the following mechanics:

• Both Swire and the Elegant Wit share the same Trust, but have different potential, skills (as well as separate skill upgrades/Specialization training), talent, and base skills (as well as separate morale).
• Both Swire and the Elegant Wit have their own outfits and dialogues, and are available separately as the player's Assistant.
• Both Swire and the Elegant Wit can be present in one squad or the RIIC at the same time.

As a Merchant Specialist, the Elegant Wit has a shorter redeployment time of 25 seconds instead of other Operators' 70–80 seconds, but the player will lose 3 DP every 3 seconds when the Elegant Wit is deployed – in other words, freezing the automatic DP generation under normal circumstances or "taxes" DP generation in operations where the DP generation rate is reduced. Should the player have less than 3 DP when the DP loss is triggered, the Elegant Wit will be automatically retreated, so it is ill-advised to use her in operations where automatic DP generation is disabled, such as Annihilation and Tactical Drill. Furthermore, the Elegant Wit does not return DP when retreated; to offset this, she has a low base DP cost of 7 at Elite 1 and maximum Potential.

Talents

1. Big Spendthrift has the Elegant Wit obtain one "Coin" whenever her trait drains DP while her skill is active, which acts as a sort of "ammo" for them. From Elite 1, Big Spendthrift also buffs the Elegant Wit's whenever a Coin is obtained, which can stack up to a limit. At Elite 2, Big Spendthrift also gives the Elegant Wit one Coin whenever her skill is activated.
2. Cash Claps Calamity causes the Elegant Wit to survive with a certain percentage of HP instead of being knocked out upon receiving lethal damage at the cost of 5 DP (if the player has less than 5 DP at the time, the Elegant Wit will be KO'd as usual), which can be triggered multiple times but the cost will be doubled every time it triggers (10 on the second, 20 on the third, 40 on the fourth, etc.); the cost resets to 5 DP when she is redeployed.

Skills

1. Loyalty and Generosity allows the Elegant Wit to carry one to three Coins depending on the level, and should a friendly unit in the surrounding tiles fall below 70% HP, she will spend one Coin to heal them by a lesser portion of the Elegant Wit's ATK.
2. "Courtesy Gift" allows the Elegant Wit to carry three to five Coins depending on the level and has her deploy a Champagne Bomb on any of the two deployable and passable tiles adjacent to her at the cost of one Coin. When an enemy comes into contact with the Champagne Bomb, it will detonate to deal Physical damage and temporarily Slows the victims; if the Champagne Bomb is left for 3 seconds after being deployed, it will deal a second damage instance upon being triggered.
3. Lavish and Prodigal allows the Elegant Wit to carry ten Coins and causes her attacks to deliver two hits and she will receive one Coin upon defeating an enemy until the skill is deactivated, at which the Elegant Wit unleashes multiple attacks that also pushes back the targets to enemies within the 1×3 tiles ahead of her with a 1-tile extension up front for each Coin she has, which will be expended in the process.

Operator Module

The MER-X Module, "Be Resplendent and Outstanding", reduces the DP loss imposed by the Elegant Wit's trait to 2 DP every 3 seconds (and reducing the DP threshold to automatically retreat her in the event the player have insufficient DP) in addition to increasing her maximum HP, ATK, and DEF. Once upgraded, Big Spendthrift's ATK buff is increased at Stage 2 and it now gives two Coins when her skill is activated at Stage 3.

Base skills

The Elegant Wit's base skills improve Trading Post efficiency while she is assigned to one.

1. Order Distribution α increases order acquisition rate by 20%.
2. Investment Solicitation increases order acquisition rate by 4% for every order limit increase provided by Operators in the same Trading Post as the Elegant Wit.

Summary

The Elegant Wit is a great Merchant Specialist who takes the "crazy rich Asian Lungmenite" meme to a whole new level by using her opulence to wreak havoc on the enemy ranks despite her presence alone taxing the DP generation and eating up even more DP to bribe enemies to not kill her revive herself again and again (that's a crazy rich girl for you), but nevertheless, her rapid deployment time and good offensive capabilities make the Elegant Wit a solid Operator on the defensive.
