Jaye may appear to be an ordinary Lungmenite finball hawker, but there's more about him than meets the eye. He is the adopted son of Uncle Tung, a famous Lungmenite fishmonger who passed on much of his culinary and combat skills to him. After getting himself involved in a conflict between two Lungmenite gangs by accident and using his wits to pacify both of them in one fell swoop, Jaye became famous as the "peacemaker" of Lungmen's slums who assisted both the Rat King and L.G.D. in enforcing the "rules of the streets." Under Hoshiguma's recommendation, Jaye lend his service to Rhodes Island by providing information regarding the slums. Still, that does not affect him much; Jaye remains a simple, quiet man and a capable seafood chef.
Jaye first appeared in Code of Brawl before being introduced as an Operator with the release of Heart of Surging Flame.
