Effect

Operators ignore 50% of the target's DEF and RES when attacking Collapsal enemies, which will also be Slowed for 0.5 seconds. The latter can render most Collapsal enemies' high movement speed useless if they are attacked by multiple Operators or fast-attacking ones.

Acquisition

The player must have defeated 200 Tainted Carcasses across all runs before the Hunter's Insight can be obtained from the next run.
