A young Bolívarian Perro son of an ex-Volvort Kochinski electronics engineer, Greyy learned electric Originium Arts from his mother with the desire of providing a power source to overcome his neighborhood's regular power outages and his family's poverty, utilizing a DIY catalyst that can illuminate the surroundings when channeled through his Arts. However, his father was arrested after an Originium-related accident struck their neighborhood and his mother went missing since, while Greyy was rescued by Rhodes Island who responds to the incident. His rescuers suggest that Greyy joins R.I. out of pity after seeing his electronic Arts firsthand; grateful for their help, he accepted the offer. Greyy has since enlisted to R.I. where he is responsible for maintaining R.I.'s power generators as well as providing combat support with his Arts when needed, and known for his loyalty to his colleagues.

After years of training under Mechanist's oversight, Greyy became a member of R.I.'s Engineering Department and responsible for testing new electronic devices as well as developing new electric Arts-based technology with his colleagues, now using electric Arts conductors/controllers based from a prototype passed on from his mother to provide frontline support. His interest in electronics led to Greyy developing a workaholic attitude, much to the concern of Mechanist and his R.I. colleagues.

Greyy's alternate version Greyy the Lightningbearer was introduced alongside Dorothy's Vision.
