Czerny is a 5★ Arts Protector Defender who specializes in Defense and DPS, and the welfare Operator of Lingering Echoes, awarded from the Spy Base mission which requires the player to clear LE-5 with Czerny's Token available in the Composer's Mailbox for 200 , 240 , 280 , 320 , and 360 . As an Arts Protector Defender, Czerny trades his HP and DEF for ATK and base RES which increases in each promotion (5 initial, 10 at Elite 1, 15 at Elite 2), and his attacks deal Arts damage while his skill is active; like Protector Defenders, Czerny can block up to three enemies and has a very short range of the tile he is on.

Talent

Reverberation slightly increases Czerny's RES and causes enemies who hit him with Arts attacks (and only Arts attacks) to receive Arts damage equal to a portion of his ATK.

Skills

1. Fingerfertigkeit buffs Czerny's ATK and RES while active.
2. Meisterwerk buffs Czerny's maximum HP and has him Taunt enemies while active, during which he will receive an ATK buff which can stack up to 10 times whenever he is attacked. Once Meisterwerk expires, Czerny releases a burst that deals Arts damage equal to a large portion of his ATK to surrounding enemies.

Base skills

Czerny's base skills provide various bonuses while he is resting in a Dormitory.

1. Adagio increases the morale recovery rate of an Operator resting in a Dormitory whose morale is not full by 0.65 per hour and provides 1 Measure for every level of that Dormitory (e.g. assigning Czerny to a Level 5 Dormitory provides 5 Measures).
2. Walking the Keyboard converts Measures into Perception Informations at a 1:1 ratio.
