• Her codename derives from the sword or lance used by Saint George in his legend of slaying an evil dragon. The name itself derives from an ancient coastal city in Israel.
• Her armblade bears resemblance to the Hidden Blade in Assassins Creed.
• Ascalon is the first 6★ Ambusher to be released since Mizuki for over three years. She is also the first Operator aligned with the faction of S.W.E.E.P. to be released since the launch of the server for almost five years. Additionally, she's also the first Sarkaz operator in the Specialist class.
• Ascalon is the first operator whose combat experience is listed as unknown. This is likely because S.W.E.E.P's file is not publicly accessible to anyone but Kal'tsit. Her birthday is also unknown because she was found as an orphan in the wilderness by Theresis and Theresa.
