U-Official is a 1★ Bard Supporter who specializes in Crowd-Control and awarded through the The Ultimate Beautiful Girl April Fools mini-game introduced in 2023 (CN)/2024 (Global and TW) from the first 
U-Official's Folder with her Potential being improved by obtaining additional Folders.
As a Bard Supporter, U-Official has no means to attack enemies, so she must be kept away from ranged enemies' reach due to her lackluster HP and DEF, and 0 RES unlike other Supporters. Instead, U-Official continuously heals friendly units within the surrounding tiles by 10% of her ATK every second. Do note that U-Official is unaffected by Inspiration buffs and, being a 1★ Operator, has underwhelming stats, which makes her unsuitable for prolonged in-game combat. Additionally, 1★ Operators cannot be promoted, so U-Official is stuck at a maximum level of 30. However, she has a very low DP cost of 3 and is not counted towards the Unit Limit, at the expense of having a very long redeployment time of 200 seconds.
Talent
Short-Circuiting Genius gives U-Official Negative Taunt and Stuns all other units (both friendly and enemy!) within her range for a good amount of time that is extended in every Potential improvement after U-Official is deployed for 2 seconds. If she is disabled, the Stun will be triggered after the disabling effect wears off.
Base skills
- Naive Negotiator increases Trading Post order acquisition rate by 10% and causes every
Pure Gold trade orders to be worth only 2 Pure Gold (which cannot be influenced by Proviso's Contract Law and Damages for Breach) while U-Official is assigned to one. - Conspicuous Investigator makes clues that are already posted in the Clue Board more likely to be obtained while U-Official is assigned to the Reception Room.
Summary
U-Official is actually meant as a "joke Operator" who are not to be taken seriously (true to the fact that she is released in April Fools) due to her near-uselessness, although she can still be useful to act as an emergency crowd-control Operator (collateral damage notwithstanding).
