  • Until now, the meaning of Patriot's real name Buldrokkas'tee remains unknown.
    • Some speculate it is a combination of Borzoi (борзая) and the Russian word for the adjective patriotic (патриотический).[1]
    • Borzois are hounds raised by Russian nobles; this can refer to Patriot's blindness of following Ursus' order in the name of "patriotism" before he was eventually banished and sent into exile.
  • Patriot's helmet resembles Hypergryph's logo.
  • Due to his bulky body and his role as FrostNova's father, the CN community often calls him "the Big Daddy (大爹).“
  • Before the Enemy Intelligence rework on the Hortus de Escapismo update, Patriot is notable for having an S rating on his HP, DEF, and RES; the last two actually refers to Patriot's effective DEF and RES while in the Marching stance where he initially starts in.
  • Since the players discovered that Surtr can defeat Patriot easily, he and the stage 7-18 have become the punching bag and the field test, respectively, for new operators.
  • It is claimed that Amiya with Skill-Amiya2.png Chimera active is hard-coded to survive Patriot's special attack regardless of her HP, albeit with only ~100 HP left. However, this had been confirmed to be false.[2]
    • This claim may originate from the fact that when leveled enough, Amiya w/ Chimera active will have enough HP to withstood Patriot's special attack as long as she is at full HP upon being hit by the said attack.
  • During HG's seminar at Fudan University in September 2021, Da Huang (HG's Stage Developers) revealed some of the initial designs for Patriot:[3]
    • Patriot was originally designed with three stages, making him the toughest enemies ever in the game, but this was later nerfed.
    • He also confirms that Patriot is by far "the limit of Terra's combat capability," but whether this "strongness" refers to the story or the gameplay remains very unspecific, given there are more power-creeping individuals who could easily overpower him in later stories (e.g., Feranmuts, the Witch King, Ishar-mla).
    • To portrait his immense strength in the story, the stage 7-18 was originally designed in the manner that players who fight against him will be definitely defeated. The was changed, however, when the developers listened to the scriptwriters' advice that he must be defeated by Kal'tsit and Rosmontis, and the easter egg was applied to Mephisto, "The Singer" instead.
