One of Mr. Nothing's casual outfits. He presses down his bamboo hat, the scenery of his hometown becoming a silhouette behind him. 0011 New Release/Pale Rising Moon. Inspired by the outfits Mr. Nothing uses to conceal others, with an improved design. Just as the moon waxes and wanes, some people occasionally decide to break character and act debonair.
