Morgan is a 5★ Dreadnought Guard who specializes in DPS and awarded through Cleaner's Collection in Episode 12 by clearing 12-17 in the Standard Environment mode with Morgan's Token.png Morgan's Token awarded by:

  1. Clearing 12-17 in the Adverse Environment mode.
  2. Clearing 12-20.
  3. Clearing H12-1.
  4. Clearing H12-2.
  5. Clearing H12-4.

As a Dreadnought Guard, Morgan has high HP and ATK, but low DEF and can only block a single enemy.

Talents

  1. Hot-Blooded Vanguard gives Morgan an ATK Tenacity.
  2. Home-Ground Advantage only works while Morgan is brought into Episode 12 operations, which makes her not counted towards the Unit Limit!

Skills

  1. Professional Street Fighter increases the damage dealt by Morgan's attacks but she will lose 12% of her current HP in each attack while active.
  2. Dauntless Resistance causes Morgan to lose 70% of her maximum HP when deployed but gives her a Barrier that absorbs damage equal to the HP loss (Morgan's maximum HP from Level 4, a greater portion of it from Level 7) which decays over 6 seconds and increases the damage dealt by Morgan's attacks from Level 2 for a period of time after she is deployed.
    • With Dauntless Resistance, Morgan will not have to sacrifice her survivability for DPS at Hot-Blooded Vanguard's maximum value, something that other Operators with Tenacity could not have.

Operator Module

The DRE-X Module, "Iron Heart", increases Morgan's ATK against enemies that are being blocked to 1.15× in addition to increasing her maximum HP and ATK. Once upgraded, Hot-Blooded Vanguard's ATK Tenacity buff is increased.

Base skills

  1. No.1 Practice Partner increases the morale recovery boost from Siege's Leader/Lionheart on Glasgow Operators (including Morgan and Siege themselves) by 0.3 per hour while Morgan is resting a Dormitory.
  2. Gang Compass increases Trading Post order acquisition rate by 20% for every Glasgow Operator in the same Trading Post as Morgan with Siege providing a 35% boost instead while Morgan is assigned to one.

Summary

Morgan is an accessible and good Dreadnought Guard makes use of the fact that anything which does not kill her makes her stronger to beat down anyone in her way.
