It is highly sought-after by premium restaurants for its silky texture and rich taste.
Usage[edit]
A fungus that somehow grows in the bone marrow of rarely sighted Terran beasts and used as ingredient for high-end/luxury cuisine, Marrow Fungus is one of the main ingredients for high-quality Provisions. In Fire Within the Sand, it can be converted into 100 Electrolyte Isotonics; in Tales Within the Sand, it is worth 100 Energy when used to make 
Energy Drink.
How to obtain[edit]
- Defeating a Sandfall Crystalhoof yields 3 Marrow Fungi (1 to 3 in Tales Within the Sand).
- Defeating a Great Wingbeast yields 6 to 10 Marrow Fungi.
- (Tales Within the Sand only, since Expansion II) Each tamed Sandfall Crystalhoof may produce 1 Marrow Fungus at the start of a cycle.
