Overview

In Fire Within the Sand, the Essence Cube restores 1 Stamina to the Operator who ate it and increases their ATK by 10% as well as reducing their DP cost by 8, and can be recycled into 80 Electrolyte Isotonics.

In Tales Within the Sand, the Essence Cube increases the ATK of the Operator who ate it by 5% (8% for the improved version) and reduces their DP cost by 2 (3 for the improved version) as well, is worth 120 Energy when used to make Energy Drink, and the effects last for 6 days after eaten.
