In Arknights, Luo Xiaohei is a 4★ Lord Guard who specializes in DPS and the welfare Operator of It's Been A While, available in the Stray Animal Shelter for 100 
Nutritional Pet Food Tin. As a Lord Guard, Xiaohei has a ranged attack with a range of 2×3 tiles and a 1-tile (2-tile at Elite 1) extension up front and can target aerial enemies, but with only 80% of his ATK; in the event he is blocking an enemy, Xiaohei will use his melee attack against them. This allows Xiaohei to be conveniently placed behind a Defender or stronger Guard and contribute to DPS.
Talent
Executor-in-Training Critically Wounds enemies that would receive fatal damage from Xiaohei's attacks, at which the enemy will survive with only 1 HP remaining, but Xiaohei will not attack Critically Wounded targets.
Skills
- Tail Afterimage has Xiaohei switch into a defensive stance which shorten his range to the adjacent tiles but gives him a chance to dodge Physical attacks and increases his ASPD at higher levels as well as making his attacks hit multiple targets equal to his block count.
- Broken Blade buffs Xiaohei's ATK, makes his attacks hit up to two targets within range at once without the damage penalty for his ranged attacks, and ignores some DEF when attacking enemies whose HP had fallen below 50% while active.
Base skills
Xiaohei's base skills improve item processing while he is assigned to the Workshop.
- Spiritshaping: Metal increases the byproduct rate when processing items that drains 8 morale by 50%.
- Catform divides the morale drained by items that drains 4 or higher morale when processed by 4 (e.g. processing
Crystalline Circuit and 
Crystalline Electronic Unit now drains 1 and 2 morale instead of 4 and 8, respectively).
Summary
Xiaohei is an unusual Lord Guard who can hold off enemies and weakening them for his friends to finish off, but won't perform well if he is on his own.
