A Kylin Censor of Yan, Lin Qingyan, better known by her codename "Leizi", joined Rhodes Island for personal reasons, with a rather dispassionate attitude towards the Infected. Her presence is a conundrum to the Human Resources department, who fear she could threaten R.I.'s political neutrality and place them in the crosshairs of Yan. Nevertheless, Leizi proves herself to be a capable combatant using the Arts from the Lei Fa school taught by the famous Tianshi Bai Dingshan and manifested as "chain lightning" strikes.
As of Dusk's arrival in R.I., Leizi visits the landship sporadically and have been exiled from Yan,[1] which appears to be self-imposed.[2]
Leizi, as the Censor, first appeared in Episode 06 before being introduced as an Operator with the release of Stories of Afternoon.
