• His name is likely derived from the Old Nordic word heilagr, meaning "holy" or "sacred."
• Hellagur has the longest fighting experience of all Operators, at 44 years.
• Some of Hellagur's physical features are inspired by the hippogriff, with one depicted in his Elite 2 artwork.
  • This makes Hellagur, along with Archetto, the only Liberi who has the traits of a legendary creature with avian features instead of an actual avian.
• Hellagur's Japanese voice actor, Show Hayami, is also known for voicing Sousuke Aizen in Bleach. Both characters who share a similar baritone.
• At 193 cm, Hellagur is tied with Lee for the second tallest Operator (Mountain being tallest) currently in the game.
