A wandering Kazdelian Sarkaz mercenary and an acquaintance of the Doctor during the times of Babel, Flamebringer once fought alongside W during the Chernobog incident. However, he disagreed with Reunion's radical methods and left to find his calling. Out of his obligation and respect to the Doctor, he joined Rhodes Island to fight for the cause of the Sarkaz.
