• The Emperor's Blades are likely inspired by the Oprichnik (опри́чник; pl. Oprichniki) in the Russian Empire during the reign of Ivan the Terrible.
  • Like the Blades, the Oprichniki are tasked to terminate the Tsar's enemies with extreme prejudice and wear mostly black attire.
• The Emperor's Blade is among the few enemies in Arknights who have unknown ratings on their stats along with Cannot, the Damazti Clusters that appear in 12-16, Eblana, and Theresis.
