The Victorian Feline Delphine, the only daughter of Amphelise, the Duke of Windermere, had a mainly peaceful upbringing in her hometown of Lynncardine, with her mother not being in a hurry to groom Delphine to be her successor, giving her a significant degree of freedom as she desired to travel around Terra. Before the Victorian Crisis, the Duke sent Delphine to Londinium to keep track of the other Dukes' activities, communicating through a series of encrypted messages embedded in her letters to her mother, during which she met Baird and Cador, and became part of Glasgow. As the Military Commission of Kazdel took over Londinium and blockaded the Norport Borough, Delphine got trapped in Glasgow's turf and helped the gang survive the tight situation until Siege's return amidst Rhodes Island's incursion. Because of Ines, who worked for R.I., the others learned of Delphine's true identity.
As the situation in Norport Borough deteriorated, resulting in Baird's demise and Cador's departure from Glasgow, Delphine returned to the Duke of Windermere's side after helping in the Borough's evacuation. However, not too long after, the Duke got killed, and her army consequently withdrew to Lynncardine. But Delphine chose to stay, giving up the opportunity to claim her rights to be the Duke's successor, instead fighting alongside Siege and her Glasgow comrades as part of the re-established Exemplars to bring an end to the Crisis once and for all.
