Valarqvin is a 5★ Ritualist Supporter who specializes in Elemental and is the welfare Operator of Expeditioner's Joklumarkar, awarded through Expedition Record upon accumulating 5450 alongside Valarqvin's Token by accumulating 6750 , 8125 , 9600 , 11500 , and 13000 . If the player hasn't obtained Valarqvin yet, she may be available as a Temporary Recruitment Operator during Joklumarkar runs, but can only use Before All I See Collapses and has no dialogues.

Valarqvin has a similar stats to Decel Binder Supporters; namely a ranged Arts attack with a range of adjusted 3×4 tiles but with a slightly lower ATK and shorter attack interval, and a quirk that defines her as a Ritualist Supporter: she can inflict Elemental Damage on enemies, being the very first Operator with this capability, which will be elaborated below.

Talents

1. The One Who Reveals only works while Valarqvin is deployed in Joklumarkar operations, which causes her attacks to inflict Necrosis Damage by a small portion of her ATK and stacks with those from her skills (see below).
2. The Reclusive One buffs Valarqvin's ATK and ASPD.

Skills

1. Before All I See Collapses causes Valarqvin's attack to deal both Arts damage and inflict Necrosis Damage equal to a lesser portion of her ATK (the former until Level 7; at Specialization levels, the Arts damage is of a higher portion instead) when charged, which can store two charges from Level 4.
2. After All I See Has Withered buffs Valarqvin's ASPD, allows her to attack a second target, and causes her attacks to inflict Necrosis Damage equal to a lesser portion of Valarqvin's ATK while active.

Base skills

Valarqvin's base skills improve Reception Room efficiency while she is assigned there.

1. Foresight increases the clue search rate by 10% but increases her morale drain rate by 0.5 per hour. If Typhon is also in the Reception Room, the clue search rate will be further increased by 15%.
2. Pilgrimage to the Future makes clues that are not yet posted in the clue board more likely to be obtained.

Summary

Valarqvin is a good introduction to Ritualist Supporters who, while only performing at peak during Expeditioner's Joklumarkar, will be able to both harm and cripple her opponents, both figuratively and literally, when given the opportunity.
