All friendly units have +3% ATK, DEF, and Max HP.

Effect

Increases the maximum HP, ATK, and DEF of friendly units by 3%.

The player must have Pitch-Black Key together with Heavy Metal Chest.png Heavy Metal Chest to access Encounter: Looming Disaster and obtain Hand Gun.png "Hand Gun".

Acquisition

The Pitch-Black Key is obtained by clearing the 3F Dreadful Foe while having the Heavy Metal Chest.

Since Encounter: After the Deathmatch where the Heavy Metal Chest is obtained are only accessible in the following runs after the player had completed a run with the Perplexed Traveller ending, it is impossible to obtain the Pitch-Black Key before then.
