As soon as the player obtains the Bloodstained Flyer, the 5F Dreadful Foe will be changed from Wilderness Hunting Group to Chilling Curse; clearing it will complete the run with the Perplexed Traveller ending (unless if the player had fulfilled the conditions to enter 6F).
Acquisition
The Bloodstained Flyer is obtained from Encounter: Non-Existent Fairy Tale III (the player cannot refuse it), itself accessible when the player have the 
Psychedelic Treasure Map.
Since Encounter: Non-Existent Fairy Tale I which leads to Non-Existent Fairy Tale II where the Psychedelic Treasure Map is obtained are only accessible in the following runs after the player had completed an Outfitted Attendance run, it is impossible to obtain the Bloodstained Flyer before then.
