Since childhood, Richele Colombo the Lateran Sankta had been spending a parentless life in a Siracusan church. Yet fate changed him when the young boy first encountered the Executors of the Notarial Hall who passed by the church. Being grateful of returning to his motherland, young Richele offered himself to become an Executor. As time passes, he is well familiar with the government works, and he has been both a mentor to newbie Executors and a friendly colleague to Ezell and Federico. By chance, he also works as a Notarial Hall representative in Rhodes Island as Operator "Insider," and every one are sometimes surprised by his simplistic yet warmhearted manner. As simple as he is, Richele is the dictionary definition of a genuine Sankta who loves his life despite his bitter childhood.

Insider first appeared in Guide Ahead before being introduced as an Operator with the release of Hortus de Escapismo.
