Heidi is a 5★ Bard Supporter who specializes in (no pun intended) Support and Healing, and awarded through the Unsigned Notebook in Episode 10 by clearing 10-11 in the Standard Environment mode with Heidi's Token awarded by:

1. Clearing 10-15 in the Standard Environment mode.
2. Clearing 10-15 in the Adverse Environment mode.
3. Clearing 10-17 in the Standard Environment mode.
4. Clearing H10-1.
5. Clearing H10-3.

As a Bard Supporter, Heidi have no means to attack enemies, so she must be kept away from ranged enemies' reach due to her lackluster HP and DEF, and 0 RES unlike other Supporters. Instead, Heidi continuously heals friendly units within the surrounding tiles or a radius of 2 tiles at Elite 1 by 10% of her ATK every second. Do note that Heidi is unaffected by Inspiration buffs, which includes her own skills (see below).

Talents

1. Crafty Rebel has two different effects depending on the skill Heidi is using, explained below.
2. Private Messenger only works while Heidi is deployed in Episode 10 operations, which increases the SP recovery rate of friendly units within her range by 0.5 per second.

Skills

1. Tale of Fiction: A Warrior's Anger Inspires the ATK of friendly units within Heidi's range but reduces their block count by 3 while active. With A Warrior's Anger, Crafty Rebel slightly buffs the ATK of Heidi and friendly units within her range.
2. Tale of Fiction: Rust Inspires the maximum HP and DEF of friendly units within Heidi's range, and makes the healing from her trait more effective while active. With Rust, Crafty Rebel slightly buffs the DEF of Heidi and friendly units within her range.

Base skills

1. Order Distribution α increases Trading Post order acquisition rate by 20% while Heidi is assigned to one. At Elite 2, Order Distribution α becomes High Society with a higher order acquisition boost of 35%.
2. "One Thousand Letters" makes Glasgow clues more likely to be obtained in the Reception Room the longer Heidi is assigned to the Control Center.

Heidi is an accessible and solid Bard Supporter who can be a game-changer by boosting her allies performance to either defeat them with ease or withstand strong attacks with jazz and flappers, name what you like. Let the good times roll!
