Friston-3 is a 1★ Protector Defender who specializes in Support and only available from recruitment since Pinch-Out Experimental Operation where he is guaranteed to appear by combining the rare Robot tag with the Defender and/or Defense tag(s) (and setting the recruitment time to at most 3:50).
As a Protector Defender, Friston can block up to three enemies, but being a 1★ Operator, he has underwhelming stats, which makes Friston unsuitable for prolonged in-game combat. Additionally, 1★ Operators cannot be promoted, so he is stuck at a maximum level of 30. However, Friston has a very low DP cost of 3 and is not counted towards the Unit Limit,, at the expense of having a very long redeployment time of 200 seconds.
Talent
Persevere reduces the damage taken by friendly units in the surrounding tiles to Friston-3 by a flat amount for a short time after he is deployed, with the damage reduction increases in every Potential improvement.
Base skills
Friston-3's base skills improve the efficiency of Power Plants while he is assigned to one.

Drone recovery rate by 10%. - "Pleasant Conversation" further increased Drone recovery rate by 5% while Kal'tsit is in the Control Center.
