The Sankta Ezell Pastore is a young executor of the Laterano Notarial Hall. However, during the first Summit of Nations, Ezell was dragged into a conspiracy surrounding a little girl named Cecelia, who turns out to be a unique Sankta born from a Sarkaz father of all people. To have her say goodbye to her deceased mother, Ezell was not hesitant to defy the Church's order. In the aftermath, Ezell was pardoned for his disobedience and commissioned to be Cecelia's guardian during her journey to search for her father. Under Federico's recommendation, Ezell joins Rhodes Island with Cecelia under the codename "Enforcer" and has since been active there. Unlike other Lateran officials, Ezell is a kindhearted man with a warm smile.
