Cuora is a 4★ Protector Defender who specializes in (obviously) Defense. As a Protector Defender, Cuora can block up to three enemies and has high HP and DEF allowing her to last longer than other Operators, though this comes with the cost of having low ATK and very short range of the tile she is on.

Talent

Defense Specialist buffs Cuora's DEF.

Skills

1. DEF Up β buffs Cuora's DEF while active.
2. Shell Defense disarms Cuora but buffs her DEF more than DEF Up β, increases her block count by one, and gives her HP regeneration while active.
   • When leveled enough, even hard-hitting enemies will barely scratch Cuora with Shell Defense and the drawback is largely irrelevant due to her low ATK and defensive role. As such, Shell Defense should be Cuora's go-to skill.

Operator Module

The PRO-X Module, Super Baseball Suit, increases Cuora's DEF by 20% while she is blocking enemies in addition to increasing her maximum HP and DEF. Once upgraded, Defense Specialist's DEF buff is increased.

• Although the effects are rather unremarkable, Super Baseball Suit does improve Cuora's already sheer DEF further to the point with it, she has one of the highest DEF of all Defenders!

Base skills

1. Warehouse Organization β increases Factory productivity by 10% and capacity by 10 while Cuora is assigned to one.
2. Order Distribution α increases Trading Post order acquisition rate by 20% while Cuora is assigned to one.

Summary

Cuora is one of the better Protector Defenders, which is surprising considering her rarity. When used correctly, not even the most formidable foes like Armed Militants and Hateful Avengers are able to breach her nigh-impenetrable defense making her a worthy investment for just about everyone.
