  • Her codename is a reference to the wide usage of beeswax by ancient Egyptians from shaving to mummification.
  • Her real name, Ankhesena, likely derives from Ankhesenamun, the wife of Pharaoh Tutankhamun.
  • Beeswax has the traits of an argali (Ovis ammon), which can be seen from the shape of her horns and confirmed by its scientific name printed on her jacket.
  • The ram figure in Beeswax's Elite 2 artwork might refer to Khnum, an ancient Egyptian god associated with clay and pottery, or Amun, one of the main gods of the ancient Egyptian religion.
  • Excluding alter Operators, Beeswax and Carnelian are one of the two pairs of Operators who shares the same illustrator and Japanese voice actress (in this case, they are both illustrated by カワグチ and voiced by Eri Kitamura). The other pair of operators with this distinction are Blue Poison and Dobermann.
    • Of both, Beeswax and Carnelian are the only ones who are blood related, near-identical in appearance, and share the same operator class and subclass.
  • In the CN server, Beeswax was introduced during Contingency Contract Blade which followed after Twilight of Wolumonde alongside Chiave. On the other hand, the Global server introduced her much earlier during the rerun of Grani and the Knights' Treasure.
