Prior to her employment in Rhodes Island, the Kazimierzian Kuranta barrister Deszcz graduated with a summa cum laude from a renowned Kazimierzian university and worked for the Longrein Law Firm, one of Kazimierz's best law firms, where she is known for being a ruthlessly efficient barrister who will see through the case until her client prevails, with an impressive track record of winning multiple lawsuits. She joined R.I. after learning of their feats in the 24th Kazimierz Major under the codename "Proviso", now responsible as R.I.'s lawyer/legal advocate as well as a capable combatant on the battlefield.
Introduction
Proviso is a 5★ Decel Binder Supporter who specializes in Debuff and Slow. As a Supporter, Proviso's attacks do Arts damage similar to Casters, but with a range of adjusted 3×4 tiles and, being a Decel Binder, also Slows the target for 0.8 seconds.
Talent
Kazimierz Legal Expertise applies an ASPD buff to Proviso and another random Kazimierzian Operator (including Pinus Sylvestris Operators) when she is deployed.
Skills
- Dispute Litigation causes Proviso's attack to deal more damage and Slow the target for a longer duration once charged, which can store multiple charges at higher levels.
- Prevailing Argument deals Arts damage to all enemies within Proviso's range when activated and both Slows and Silences them while active, during which Proviso has her attack interval reduced.
Operator Module
The DEC-X Module, Deszcz's Graduate Memento, increases Proviso's SP recovery rate by 0.2 per second if there are enemies inside her range in addition to increasing her maximum HP and ATK. Once upgraded, Kazimierz Legal Expertise also provides a slight ATK buff.
Base skills
Proviso's base skills improve the efficiency of Trading Posts while she is assigned to one and are generally regarded as among the best Trading Post-related base skills.
- Contract Law makes any
Pure Gold trade orders that exchanges at most 3 of them for 
LMD treated as being defaulted. - Damages for Breach α increases the amount of Pure Gold traded by defaulted orders (which still consumes those in the Depot) by 1. At Elite 2, Damages for Breach α becomes Damages for Breach β with a higher traded Pure Gold increase of 2.
Summary
Proviso is a good Decel Binder Supporter who are especially capable of consistently debuffing her enemies.
