Minimalist is a 5★ Mech-Accord Caster who specializes in DPS and the welfare Operator of Ideal City, awarded by completing the City Forum mission which requires the player to clear IC-5 with 
Minimalist's Token available in the Leaping Gloompincer Market for 200 
, 240 , 280 , 320 , and 360 . As a Mech-Accord Caster, Minimalist controls a Drone (not to be confused with the RIIC resource or the enemy type) — which is a smaller variant of the Materialist Antagonizer — that attacks enemies in tandem with him, dealing Arts damage equal to 20% of Minimalist's ATK that increases by 15% in subsequent attacks against one target up to 110%. To offset this quirk, Minimalist has lower attack interval than other Casters but with lower ATK as well.
Talent
Flash of Insight gives Minimalist's attacks a chance to deal more damage.
Skills
- Swift Strike γ buffs Minimalist's ATK and ASPD while active.
- Prodigious Craftsmanship causes Minimalist's attack to deal more damage and delivers two hits when charged, which can store multiple charges at higher levels.
Operator Module
Minimalist's FUN-Y Module, "New Home", increases the cap of his Drone's damage to 120% of Minimalist's ATK in addition to increasing his maximum HP and ATK. Once upgraded, Flash of Insight's ATK modifier is increased.
Base skills
Minimalist's base skills improve Factory productivity based on the level of RIIC facilities while he is assigned to one.
- Graphic Design provides 1 Engineering Drone for every level of facilities built, which caps at 64.
- Machine Assistance α increases productivity by 5% for every 16 Engineering Drones. At Elite 2, Machine Assistance α becomes Machine Assistance β with a lower Engineering Drone threshold of 8.
