- Her codename is likely a reference to Artemis/Diana, the Goddess of Moon in Greco-Roman mythology.
- Artemis was also venerated as the Goddess of the Hunt, symbolized as a bow and arrows, fitting her choice of weapon.
- In some Greek accounts, Artemis was born of a wolf along with her twin brother, the Sun God Apollo,[1] hence Lunacub's trait as a Lupo.
- Artemis was considered the Goddess of the Wilderness, fitting her way of living as a "Wolf Fang" who only serves the call of the wilderness represented by the Beast Lords.
- As of end of July 2023, Lunacub's Japanese Voice Actor Risa Kubota announced her retirement from the industry.[2] It is currently unknown whether/when she will be replaced some time in the future.
