- FEater has the traits of a giant panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca), with the silhouette of one being present in her Elite 2 artwork.
- Her Chinese name, 食铁兽 (Pinyin: Shítiěshòu; lit. "iron-eating beast"), is the ancient Chinese name for the giant panda, given because in ancient Chinese myths, it is believed that giant pandas can eat metal (stemming from sightings of pandas licking pans to take in iron, as bamboo is naturally low-resource food). The English name referenced this by being a portmanteau of the chemical symbol for Iron in the periodic table (Fe) and Eater.
- Being a giant panda who is a kung fu master obviously means that FEater is a reference to Kung Fu Panda.
- Out of all the outfits available from the Outfit store, FEater's Dojo Star had the longest period of time of being unavailable from its first release (during Episode 6: Partial Necrosis) to its rerun (during Stultifera Navis), for a total of over two years.
- Many of her character traits and dialogues pay homage to Jackie Chan. For example, her third talk after Trust increase dialogue is a reference to the 1998 movie Who Am I?.
- The kung fu she practices alludes to the Liuhequan (Hanzi: 六合拳), a kind of Shaolin Kung Fu.
- As a Push Stroker Specialist, FEater had become the subject of a meme within the Arknights community known as "Crownslayer Bully" where the Push Strokers and Hookmasters exploit their shift skills to mess up Crownslayer's pathing, especially in 4-4.
- FEater is one of the few characters in whose years of fighting experience is not labeled as "Combat Experience" in their Archive files. In her case, it is labeled as "Performance Experience" instead.
