The introverted Durin geologist Chestnut dedicated himself to studying minerals and their uses. After a disastrous underground collapse caused by a Catastrophe above ground, he decides to leave the Durin nation to find out more about Terra's surface. During his travels, Chestnut used his mineral knowledge to become a doctor for Rhodes Island, providing medical treatment through a fusion of geology and Originium Arts. There, he is glad to see other fellow Durins but burdened by the prospect of Oripathy suffered by most of R.I.'s patients, Chestnut returned to the Durin nation. After a month, he resumed work in R.I., knowing he just needed to keep doing what he was doing.
