The Brand New Uniform can be obtained from the 
Children of Ursus Furniture Pack available from Record Restoration since Episode 10: Shatterpoint.
Previously, it was only obtainable during Children of Ursus, where it was available at the Student Store for 50 
Best-selling Peterheim Cookies.
