Wanqing is a 5★ Standard Bearer Vanguard who specializes in DP-Recovery and Support, and the welfare Operator of Here A People Sows, awarded once the player completes the Commissions from the Tianshi Bureau mission that requires the player to clear HS-5 with 
Wanqing's Token available at the Shennong Market for 200 
, 240 , 280 , 320 , and 360 . As a Standard Bearer Vanguard, Wanqing can neither attack nor block enemies while his skill is active, making him ill-suited for direct combat; therefore, it is advised to place Wanqing out of harm's way, especially due to his below-average stats when compared to other Vanguards. On the upside, Wanqing's DP cost is among the lowest of all Vanguards.
Talent
Observe Nature's Way buffs the maximum HP of Operators in the surrounding 8 tiles to Wanqing, which will be increased if their deployment direction matches that of his.
Skills
- Similar to other Standard Bearer Vanguards' first skill, Support γ generates 18 DP over 8 seconds.
- Along the Easterlies generates 20 DP over 15 seconds, during which Operators in the surrounding 8 tiles to Wanqing (including Wanqing himself) are healed over time by a portion of his ATK every second, and their ASPD will be buffed if their deployment direction matches that of Wanqing's.
Operator Module
The BEA-X Module, With My Wind, increases the block count of the Operator ahead of Wanqing by 1 while his skill is active in addition to increasing his maximum HP and DEF. Once upgraded, Observe Nature's Way's max. HP buff is increased.
Base skills
Wanqing's base skills improve material processing while he is assigned to the Workshop.
