The Tourists' Personal Effects can be obtained from the Under Tides Furniture Pack available from Record Restoration since Hortus de Escapismo.

Previously, it was only obtainable during Under Tides (Rerun), where it was available at the Barter for 65 Corrupted Iberian Record (40 during Rerun).
